In this strategic leadership role, you will establish standardized ways of working, KPIs, governance frameworks, and harmonized toolchains that enable scalable, quality-focused and data-driven execution across Product Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D and suppliers. You will drive organizational excellence by creating common processes, clear interfaces, and aligned requirements that reduce dependency on individual expertise, accelerate onboarding, and improve global execution consistency. One focus area will be to provide leadership guidance for major cross-functional programs that deliver breakthrough improvements in product quality, cost of poor quality, and operational efficiency.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Lead and sponsor complex, high-impact cross-functional programs across global organizations, ensuring alignment, governance, and successful delivery of breakthrough business outcomes within Operations.
    • Drive problem-solving and quality management methodologies that deliver sustainable breakthrough improvements in product quality, quality cost, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
    • Build organizational capabilities through the continuous development of Product Engineering teams and Contract Manufacturers in advanced analytics, statistical methods, process optimization, and modern engineering practices, enabling fact-based decision making and scalable execution.
    • Establish governance frameworks for supplier performance management while strengthening PCB/PCA Design-for-Manufacturing, Design-for-Testability, and quality control methodologies across the supply chain.
    • Establish and govern measurement standards, calibration and traceability as an integral part of product & manufacturing control
    • Ensure strategic internal alignment with stakeholder functions and set clear objectives, priorities, and accountability within the team and your team managers.
