About the Role: Join Guardians Fc as a Soccer Coach and inspire young athletes to develop their skills in a fun and energetic environment! We are looking for passionate individuals who love soccer and enjoy working with children to create a positive and engaging experience on the field.
Responsibilities:
Lead soccer training sessions for children
Teach fundamental soccer skills in a fun and engaging manner.
Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on progress.
Assist in the planning and execution of special events and tournaments.
Maintain equipment and ensure the field is ready for each session.
Stay updated on coaching techniques and child development practices.
Requirements:
Previous coaching or teaching experience, preferably with young children.
Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and techniques.
Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Background check clearance required.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive demeanor.
