Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Girls Soccer Coach.
A Coach is responsible for overseeing the development and success of student-athletes or participants in a specific athletic or activity program. This role includes planning and conducting practice sessions, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
The Coach collaborates with other staff, maintains communication with parents, and supports the academic and personal growth of students. Additional duties may include assisting with team selection, managing equipment, organizing events or competitions, and representing the program within the school and community.
Position: Assistant Coach Athletic or Activity Girls Soccer
Rate of Pay: $4,976 stipend for the Season
Hours Per Day: Variable Schedule (Approximately)
Working Days per Year: Seasonal - 2026 Fall Sports Season
Benefits: Benefits for this position are limited due to the limited and variable nature of the role. Benefits may be adjusted as the role becomes a long-term position.
