Position ResponsibilitiesThe Soccer Head Coach is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day implementation of the soccer program and curriculum. Coaches serve as the primary instructors for teaching fundamental skills as well as more advanced strategy.The Head Coaches should be passionate about their sport and love working with young athletes ranging from grades 1st through 8th.In addition to leading the soccer program, the Soccer Head Coach will work alongside Assistant Coaches and are in a position to offer guidance and feedback, in addition to functioning as their director supervisor.
