What Were Looking For Leadership A proven track record of mentorship and team-building. Strategy Deep knowledge of the game and the ability to adapt plays to player strengths. Commitment Availability for the full season, including practices, games, and off-season conditioning. Compliance Ability to meet all district and state certification requirements.
Requirements Qualifications Must have CIF Coaching Certification or be willing to take class for certification. Must have current CPR and First Aid training.
