LANGUAGE LEVEL: English B2+ Upper Intermediate (Must Have)
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field.
YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: 6 months – 1 year of experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup social campaigns within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelines.
- Co-participate in weekly status calls.
- Monitor the health of your campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and campaign set up within the social media platforms.
- Proactively make suggestions and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain daily communication with the client's campaign managers.
- Report any issues that can spark within the operation promptly.
- Deliver recommendations, execution & analysis of beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies, and vendors.
- Assist to Social and Digital media training sessions and complete the required certification and updates.
- Connect daily with the global account team over email, IM, and/or video conference as necessary to ensure flawless execution of deliverables.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to the client.
- Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group.
- Keep abreast of industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing sources.
- Generate powerful insights that add value to campaign performance and focus on better results.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must-Have:
- Basic knowledge of Digital marketing, specifically in social paid media (Platform: Meta Ads Manager).
- Reporting experience.
- Medium Excel knowledge.
