Social and content lead – Global technology company

As the social and content lead, you’ll own social media content strategy for a global technology company. You’ll shape how the company connects with consumer audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and TikTok, with a focus on increasing engagement, growing its audience, and expanding share of voice.

Reporting to the GM, you’ll establish the strategy, content calendars, workflows, and governance that connect global and regional marketing efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with creative and product management to turn technical products and ideas into engaging, platform-native content.

This is a full-time, direct hire position—you’ll join the company directly. The role is onsite in the Los Angeles area.

• Step into a new role, taking ownership of the social strategy and presence for an established, global technology brand.

• Help evolve the company’s social presence with stronger, more engaging content.

• Build the global processes that enable teams to move together while creating locally relevant content.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing management for a global brand, including significant experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok and how content performs across each platform.
• Experience using social listening and analytics to measure performance, grow audiences, and inform strategy.
• Experience developing global social strategies and workflows that support brand and business objectives.
• Proven ability to turn complex or technical topics into engaging social content.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Based in the L.A. area or willing to relocate. A relocation budget is available.
