MaKiin Social Club is looking for a confident, high-energy bartender to deliver an elevated nightlife experience through exceptional drinks, engaging service, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Craft high-quality cocktails with precision, speed, and consistency
Provide an engaging and welcoming guest experience at the bar and lounge
Maintain full knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and bottle service
Manage bar setup, prep, and cleanliness throughout the shift
Handle high-volume service while maintaining composure and professionalism
Upsell cocktails, premium spirits, and bottle service to enhance guest experience
Monitor guest intoxication levels and follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines
Work closely with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years bartending experience in upscale bar, lounge, or nightclub
Strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, and current trends
Ability to work fast in a high-energy, late-night environment
Professional appearance and confident communication skills
Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
TABC certification required (Texas)
Preferred:
Experience with bottle service and VIP tables
Knowledge of Asian-inspired or unique cocktail ingredients
Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred)
