• Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and CTAs
• Film and edit short-form videos from start to finish
• Turn winning ideas into new variations for testing
• Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
• Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have created organic and paid content for brands
• Understand pacing, retention, storytelling, and conversion
• Are comfortable behind—and ideally in front of—the camera
• Can edit polished, platform-native videos
• Live in or near Austin and can work with us in person
• Take feedback well and move quickly
• Beauty, wellness, or lifestyle experience is a plus.
