Were looking for a culture-obsessed high output Content Creator to join our Creative Team. This role is for someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram. You understand trends as they are forming and are at the forefront of creating unique defining content.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you will produce content daily, operate independently, and capture the brand in motion-on set, in retail stores, at branded events, and behind the scenes. Youll collaborate closely with both the marketing and creative teams to bring entertaining, engaging content to life.
You have a strong eye for detail, a passion for content, and a desire to build a brand in a fast-paced, collaborative, creative environment. You are proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to immersive brand-defining content.
This position is structured as a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an anticipated temporary assignment of approximately 2 months. At the end of the temporary period, continued employment and transition to a permanent role will be determined based on business needs and individual performance.

The primary location for this role will be based in our Summit, NJ headquarters and our Photo Studio located in New Providence, NJ. Given the nature of the work, this role requires you to work in the office or studio 3-5 days a week.
Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this role is $55,000-$85,000. It is essential to note that our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size industry and the market, and are one part of the total rewards that we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking.
This role is not eligible for relocation assistance. Additionally, Boll & Branch will not commence an immigration case or sponsor an individual for this position, for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration.
