ABA Instructor Tier 3 - River Street School - Windsor
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of Program Director or designee, the role of the Applied Behavior Analytic Instructor (ABAI) - Tier 3 is to support one-to-one, small and large group classroom instruction as well as train, implement, and/or oversee academic, behavioral, or other interventions and strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) as outlined in students individualized programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, competencies, qualifications and other requirements for the ABAI Tier 3 are outlined below.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree, RBT, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of three (3) years of experience at an equivalent ABA program with individuals with autism and/or disabilities. Satisfactory performance evaluation(s) are required for achieving and maintaining this Level. Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with all staff. RBT supervision provided as available and approved; BCBA supervision hours provided as available and approved.
