Job Description:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
This is a 10-month District position, non-union with benefits.
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:15 am - 3:15 pm.
Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with certification and experience.
Position Summary
The RBT will provide direct implementation of skills, instruction, and behavior reduction protocols based in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) per treatment plan developed by a BCBA to support a students academic, communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce problematic behaviors in the school setting. The RBT will also monitor progress and work closely with the BCBA, assisting with assessments and staff training as needed.
