Social/Emotional/Behavioral Support Substitute Teacher

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students to improve behavior, communication, and social skills
• Collect and document data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBA, and related service staff to support students' educational goals
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Registered Behavior Technician
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed
