Social Housing Initiative VISTA DC

The Social Housing Initiative Coordinator will work with senior leadership (Mi Casa's co-Executive Directors) to create an innovative plan for a new social housing initiative that will bring people together and create community within/across Mi Casa's affordable rental portfolio and network of limited equity cooperatives. The Coordinator will create and implement a resident outreach plan to engage residents in the planning and implementation of the plan to include resident-led activities and events, identify other resources (partners, other volunteers, funding available, identify physical spaces), plan for a series of events and begin implementing, record feedback, and assess the effectiveness of the plan, reworking as needed.
