In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a key member of the Global Community Impact team, supporting the Chicago Grants Program and Leadership Cohort through planning, coordinating and execution.
  • Lead liaison across internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize participation, effective storytelling, and measurable outcomes within the Global Volunteer Program.
  • Enable strong cross team collaboration by supporting issue resolution, alignment, and consistent messaging across community impact initiatives.
  • Act as the on site lead of partner and largescale events at client, leveraging client headquarters as a convening space to elevate the employee experience, strengthen grantee partnerships.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all philanthropic and community impact inquiries, managing the Community Impact inbox triaging and routing requests to appropriate internal stakeholders, tracking inquiries and outcomes for reporting and follow‑up, and providing clear guidance to internal teams and external nonprofit partners on philanthropic processes, timelines, and requirements.
  • Support day‑to‑day administration of employee giving and volunteering inquiries, assisting with nonprofit vetting and issue resolution, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of volunteer hours, grants, and matching gifts, and serving as a trusted resource for employees navigating Benevity tools and processes.
  • Budget Tracking, Invoicing & Financial Support: Track philanthropic spend, manage invoice processing in partnership with Finance, maintain organized budget and contract documentation, and support reporting to ensure alignment with leadership approved budgets and informed resource allocation.

Who You Are:

  • Detail oriented, with the ability to track information accurately and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to assess urgency, balance competing demands, and focus on highest impact work.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment and navigating ambiguity with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Experience with Non-Profits is a plus
