Role Description The Social Media and Video Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and posting engaging social media content across platforms, including photos, short-form videos, and stories that highlight products, promotions, and brand personality.

\n

\n

Daily tasks include filming and editing video content, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, writing captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring comments and messages to support community engagement.

\n

\n

The coordinator will track performance metrics, assist with basic digital marketing campaigns, and collaborate with store and marketing team members to ensure consistent branding.

\n

\n

This position will support live video sales, product showcases, and special event coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, including experience with major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging captions and messages aligned with brand voice.

• Candidates should possess foundational Digital Marketing skills, such as understanding audience engagement, basic analytics, and campaign support.

• Candidates should possess proficiency in video shooting and editing tools (e.g., smartphone apps, Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut, or similar) and basic photo editing skills.
