The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and its ability to engage with customers.Responsibilities:Manage branded social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) on our behalfMonitor conversations across social media and address important mentions in real‑time through engagement, escalation, or documentationSet up a listening strategy for both listening and engagementFlag and identify engagement opportunitiesMonitor positive and negative press, influencer sentiment, etcGenerate insight into community performance and provide recommendations for improvementCreate social media reports and aggregate data into actionable insights to inform marketingAttend status meetings with Wild Sister teamProvide links to 1–3 social networking profiles to demonstrate interest and knowledgePossesses skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer managementProficient in social media management programsPerforms well in an environment that values creativity, flexibility, and varietyExhibits personal qualities, such as open‑mindedness, enthusiasm, and adaptabilityPrefers challenges, fast pace, new ideas, future focus, and an unstructured environmentAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
