You will be working for our client, a faith-based health and discipleship brand that is growing through a guided course, a mobile app, a book, and an online community focused on helping believers care for their health as an act of worship. They serve individuals, pastors, and churches, and are currently in a build phase, launching their app, growing their community, and preparing for a book release.

In your day-to-day, you will
  • Own the daily health and activity of the member community inside the brand's app, welcoming new members and sparking daily conversation
  • Post prompts tied to daily rhythms like devotional, movement, breathwork, and nourishment, and lead engagement during seasonal challenges
  • Moderate the community respectfully against guidelines, keeping the space encouraging and safe, and escalate sensitive issues to the team
  • Monitor the customer support inbox, answering questions within one business day, including subscription, billing, app troubleshooting, and course access
  • Route pastor, church, and partnership inquiries to the right person on the team
  • Maintain a living FAQ and saved replies, and flag recurring issues so the team can fix root causes
  • Execute the organic social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, maintaining a consistent posting cadence
  • Write captions and hooks in the brand voice, and engage from the brand account by replying to comments and DMs
  • Deliver a concise weekly report on community engagement, support volume, response time, and challenge participation, translating numbers into insight
Skills you have
  • 2+ years managing online community and/or customer support for a consumer brand, ideally in health and wellness, faith, or a subscription app
  • Calm, clear, and warm in customer support, treating every question as a chance to serve
  • Strong writing skills, able to match and carry a brand voice and make people feel welcomed
  • Organized, reliable, and self-managed, able to hit deadlines without being chased
  • Comfortable reading basic analytics and turning them into a short, useful report
  • Mission-aligned: enthusiastic about and respectful of a Christian faith-and-wellness mission
Skills that will make you stand out
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, plus a social scheduling tool
  • Comfortable with light video editing and graphic design (Canva, CapCut)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Squarespace, or Typeform
  • A track record of running online challenges or cohort-based programs
