Social Media / Concierge Coordinator

Parks Lincoln of Longwood is seeking a creative, personable, and solution-oriented Social Media / Concierge Coordinator to join our team.

This role is centered around representing the Parks Lincoln brand at both online and in the dealership. The ideal candidate enjoys creating engaging content, interacting with customers, bringing new ideas to the table, and finding solutions independently.

Responsibilities

• Create, post, and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Etc.
• Create graphics, short-form videos, Reels, Stories, photography, and captions
• Capture customer delivery photos and video testimonials
• Bring fresh ideas and strategies to help grow our followers, engagement, and online presence
• Monitor content performance and stay current with social media trends
• Engage with customers and help create a welcoming, personalized dealership experience
• Assist with customer deliveries, dealership events, promotions, and special initiatives
• Coordinate content and marketing needs with dealership departments and outside partners
• Assist with website updates, digital promotions, signage, and other brand-related projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Creative, personable, organized, and self-motivated
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
• Comfortable creating and editing photos and short-form videos
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Solution-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to take initiative
• Comfortable independently learning new tools or processes when needed
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities and follow projects through to completion
• Motivated to bring new ideas and actively help grow our social media following

Compensation: $45k - $60k
