Summary

Dauby Real Estate, a growing independent brokerage serving Southwest Indiana, is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to bring energy, creativity, and consistency to our online presence. Social media and content creation is the core skill we're hiring for - you'll be the one shooting, editing, and posting content that shows sellers what it's like to work with our team, and to show agents what it's like to be on our team. Responsibilities

Social Media & Content (Primary Focus)

  • Shoot short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style content) multiple times a week - team moments, market updates, client wins, behind-the-scenes of the business
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and post content across Instagram and Facebook (our most active platform)
  • Help build and maintain a content calendar that supports our brand voice: educational, data-driven, professional but personable
  • Capture content that speaks to our core audience - home buyers and sellers in Southwest Indiana as well as other real estate agents
  • Stay on top of what's working and bring fresh ideas to the table

Additional Support

  • Coordinate listing logistics: photo scheduling, coordinating errand running, and other listing launch tasks
  • Support the team with day-to-day office tasks including preparing and printing marketing materials
