- Brand Growth: Develop creative campaigns to reach families and businesses across Texas and New Mexico.
- Engagement: Interact with our community online with the same professionalism and warmth we provide in person.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Local Knowledge: A deep understanding of the El Paso community and what resonates with our local audience.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with social media tools, video editing, and content creation apps.
- Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, engaging captions and represent our brand voice accurately.
- Bilingual Advantage: Being able to create content in both English and Spanish is a huge plus (¡Se Habla Español!).
