Job Summary
OPEX is hiring a Social Media Content Creator to own the company's LinkedIn presence across our key markets and to bring OPEX technology to life for the customers who visit us. You will plan and write the content that represents OPEX to a global B2B audience, and you will be a face of the company during facility tours at our Moorestown headquarters. This is a hands-on role for a strong writer who is comfortable both behind a keyboard and in front of visiting customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and schedule content for OPEX regional LinkedIn pages covering the United States, DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, and France. Content is written in English and adapted for each regional audience.
- Build and maintain a content calendar that lines up with product launches, trade shows, and marketing campaigns across both lines of business: Warehouse Automation and Document & Mail Automation.
- Develop posts that combine company news, product information, customer stories, and industry topics for a professional B2B audience.
- Track engagement, reach, and follower growth across each regional page, report on results, and adjust the content approach based on what performs.
- Work with regional sales and marketing contacts to source local news and confirm that content fits each market.
- Lead facility tours at the Moorestown headquarters for visiting customers and prospects, explaining OPEX automation technology and our manufacturing process in clear, accessible terms.
- Capture photo and video content during tours, customer visits, events, and on the production floor for use across social and web channels.
- Write and update website copy as assigned, including product pages, news posts, and landing pages.
- Apply OPEX brand voice and visual standards consistently across every piece of content.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or B2B marketing.
- A track record of managing business social media accounts, with direct LinkedIn experience preferred.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to shift tone and framing for different markets.
- Confidence presenting in person to customers and visitors, with the ability to explain technical products in plain language.
- Working knowledge of social scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic photo and video skills, including capture and light editing.
- Ability to work onsite at the Moorestown, NJ headquarters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or another technical B2B industry.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot) and digital asset management systems (such as Bynder).
- Experience producing short-form video for social media.
- Exposure to working with international or multi-region marketing teams.
Physical/Work Environments
- Employee will work primarily in an office environment at our Moorestown, NJ office.
- Occasional walking and/or driving between local OPEX facilities may be required.
- Travel to OPEX
Salary range - $58,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
