What You'll Do
Plan and maintain a consistent posting calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks) and photo content featuring our food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere
Film and photograph our baristas in action — prep, technique, and finished product — for behind-the-scenes content
Film and photograph the baking team in action — prep, technique, and finished product — for behind-the-scenes content
Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy for every post
Stay on top of platform trends, sounds, and formats, and adapt them to fit CSCA Cafe's voice
Respond to comments and DMs and actively build community engagement
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and adjust strategy based on what's working
Collaborate with cafe staff and management on promotions, new menu items, and events to turn into content
What We're Looking For
1-3 Years Prior experience managing social media accounts or creating content (personal, brand, or freelance) — a portfolio or sample content is welcome
Strong photo/video skills using a smartphone; comfortable filming and editing short-form video
A creative eye and a genuine interest in food, coffee, and cafe culture
Excellent written communication and a knack for a scroll-stopping caption
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with light supervision
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook best practices and analytics tools
Ability to maintain a consistent stream of posts
