Social Media Coordinator

Location: Glens Falls, NY 
Pay Rate: 20-25/hr
Schedule: M-F 9 AM- 5 PM (Temp- to-Hire)

We are partnering with a longtime client of ours as they look to add a Social Media Coordinator to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content, working across multiple platforms, collaborating with leadership, and bringing fresh ideas to a company’s marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strong communicator who can take initiative, learn new software and tools, and develop engaging content that supports both marketing and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and upload marketing materials across digital and print channels.
• Develop and manage engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and schedule social media posts while ensuring content is published accurately and consistently.
• Design new marketing materials and promotional content using graphic design skills.
• Write and develop blog content and other marketing communications.
• Collaborate directly with the executive team on marketing initiatives and content.
• Support marketing efforts for trade shows, events, and other company initiatives.
• Create graphics, promotional materials, and other visual content to strengthen the company’s brand.
• Work closely with the sales team to better align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing and sales efforts.
• Bring new ideas and creative approaches to increase engagement and strengthen the company’s marketing presence.
• Learn and effectively use various software programs, marketing platforms, and technology tools.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Marketing internship experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is not required.
