Social Media Coordinator

We Don't Do "The Way We've Always Done It."

Dan Wolf Automotive Group is growing and we’re looking for a creative, energetic Social Media Coordinator who wants to help shape how our brands show up online. If you live on social media, know what’s trending before everyone else does, and can turn an idea into content people actually want to see, this could be your opportunity to make an impact!

You’ll help develop the voice, tone, cadence, and overall social presence for:

• Toyota of Naperville
• Lexus of Naperville
• Chevrolet of Naperville
• The Flow Express Car Wash

Schedule: 20–30 hours per week initially
90-Day Review: Business needs, workload, performance, and future opportunities will be evaluated after 90 days.

YOU WILL

• Build and manage weekly social media content calendars.
• Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Monitor trends and turn them into creative content opportunities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and online feedback.
• Professionally handle and deescalate negative online interactions.
• Track and report weekly social media metrics and trends.
• Manage creator/influencer outreach and partnerships.
• Help capture photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content.
• Maintain a consistent Dan Wolf Automotive Group voice across all brands.
• Bring fresh ideas! we want someone who will challenge the status quo.

YOU ARE

• Creative, enthusiastic, and motivated
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• A strong writer with a natural understanding of brand voice
• Comfortable communicating with customers online
• Social-media savvy and trend-aware
• Confident using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Comfortable with basic photo/video editing
• Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be told what to do
• Excited to collaborate, create, and make things happen

Bonus points: Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, videography, or social media analytics. Personal content-creation equipment is preferred, but not required.
