Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator

Jack Weir & Sons are seeking an entry-level Social Media & Digital Marketer to join our Beverly Hills team. Established in 1980, we are a family-owned business that travels the world curating exquisite antique, vintage, and estate jewels featuring old-cut diamonds and precious gemstones. With a robust online presence, we aim to expand retail business and grow the marketing team! 

This role will be specifically focused on our sister site, Trumpet & Horn - the online destination for Vintage Engagement Rings.  We are in search of an individual with high energy, a positive attitude, and an exceptional work ethic to become part of our team. While prior experience in the jewelry industry is not mandatory, a positive mindset and a knack for creative design, social media, and content are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Create, edit, and post all social media content for Trumpet & Horn

• Manage all of the Trumpet & Horn social media accounts

• Stay up to date with social media platform changes and algorithm updates 

• Working with the marketing team to come up with effective content strategies/plans, including ideating and supporting key campaigns for Trumpet & Horn

• Create all content for in-house marketing campaigns for Trumpet & Horn

• Analyze performance metrics and report your findings

• Work with Creative Ops Manager on weekly model lifestyle content

• Manage SMS & Email campaigns

• Website Management 

• Other marketing tasks as required 

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or similar roles is not required, but preferred
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design
• Experience in Social Media content creation
• Familiarity with Email platforms such as Klaviyo
• Responsile and Reliable
• Can-do attitude
• Strong team player
• Self-driven and enthusiastic
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong creative abilities 
• Ability to analyze foundational marketing metrics

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Beverly Hills. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
