DescriptionAnastasia Beverly Hills is seeking a Social Media Engagement Coordinator to join our dynamic social team. This junior-level role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, thrives in fast-paced digital environments, and lives and breathes social media. You will play a key role in fostering community engagement, responding to all interactions across social platforms, and ensuring the voice of our community is heard and represented internally. You'll work closely with the Social Media Manager and broader marketing team to bring our brand voice to life online engaging with fans, creators, and customers while supporting broader campaign goals. This role also includes light content creation, publishing support, and serving as the primary administrative liaison within the social media department.Community Engagement & ManagementMonitor and respond to every comment, DM, like, mention, and tag across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, etc.)Maintain a consistent and on-brand tone across all interactionsProactively engage with followers, creators, and relevant conversations to foster community loyaltyEscalate key insights, sentiment shifts, or community feedback to the social and brand teamsContent Publishing & SupportAssist with scheduling and publishing daily content across social channelsSupport in writing, editing, and posting captions that align with brand voiceMust be able to jump in to create or edit quick-turnaround social assets (images, gifs, short-form video) on Capcut, Instagram, Tik tok as neededTeam Communication & AdminRelay important trends, feedback, or influencer/customer mentions to appropriate internal teamsHelp maintain content calendars, community tracking documents, and social asset organizationEnsure all posts are properly tagged for performance tracking and analyticsResearch & Trend MonitoringStay informed on beauty, culture, and social media trends to keep ABH at the forefront of conversationConduct competitive and trend research to inform team strategyAdditional duties as assigned to support the needs of the social media departmentRequirements1+ years of experience in social media or digital engagement (internships included); beauty or fashion industry experience is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldDeep understanding of how users engage on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and FacebookExceptional written communication and copywriting skillsDetail-oriented with strong grammar and editing abilitiesPositive, proactive, and enthusiastic team playerFamiliarity with basic photo or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut) is a bonusWillingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends, especially during product launches or high-traffic momentsThe work schedule for this role is Wednesday - Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.Hybrid work location: Must be available onsite 4 days a week, and 1-day WFH from 9 am- 6 pm.Physical demandsSitting, Typing, Frequent Standing and Walking, Occasional lifting (less than 25lbs)Compensation & BenefitsFor full-time employees, Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base hourly range for this position in the selected city is $20.00 - $25.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location.
