Role Description: The Social Media + Growth Assistant is a part-time, remote position (a few hours a week). This position supports the planning, creation, and publishing of social media content across platforms, helping to grow audience reach and engagement. Responsibilities include drafting posts, capturing photo and video content, assisting with content calendars, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends that align with Lifestyled’s brand.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation skills to produce high-quality photo, video, and copy for platforms.
• Candidates should possess Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills to manage accounts, grow audiences, and optimize engagement.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) and comfort interpreting engagement metrics.
• Familiarity with lifestyle, wellness, or related content niches is beneficial; prior experience in social media, marketing, or content roles is a plus.
• Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) and major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) is advantageous.
