What's the deal?
The Village Dallas is one of the city's most vibrant residential communities, and we need
someone who can help us actually look like it online. We're talking scroll-stopping reels and
content that makes people think, "wait, I want to live there." This isn't a fetch-coffee-and-sit-in-the-corner internship. Your work goes live.
Like, for real.
What you'll actually do:
- Plan, shoot, and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — no two days the same
- Write captions that stop the scroll (no corporate-speak allowed)
- Build out monthly content calendars so we stay ahead of the game
- Show up to community events and make them look amazing on camera
- Track analytics and tell us what's working (and what flopped)
- Jump into DMs and comments to keep the community buzzing
- Brainstorm wild ideas — we want to hear them, seriously
You're probably our person if...
- You're studying Marketing, Comm, Journalism, Film, or something adjacent (or you
- taught yourself — we respect it)
- You have an eye for what looks good and you can't help but notice bad design
- You've spent real time on Instagram and TikTok (growing a page = bonus points)
- You're comfortable with CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, or Canva
- Your writing is clear, fun, and adaptable to different platforms
- You don't wait to be told what to do, you just do it
- You genuinely love Dallas and want to show it off
