We are looking for a creative, organized, and responsible individual to join our team as a Social Media & Inventory Marketing Assistant. This person will be responsible for maintaining our online presence, creating engaging content, and ensuring that our vehicle inventory information is accurate and updated across all platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience creating videos, managing social media platforms, editing digital content, and paying close attention to detail to keep our vehicle listings professional and up to date.
Responsibilities:
• Create, edit, and publish videos and content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms).
• Take high-quality photos and videos of vehicles available for sale.
• Create engaging content to promote our inventory and attract potential customers.
• Update vehicle photos, descriptions, prices, and information on different websites and sales platforms.
• Regularly review online listings to ensure all vehicle information is accurate and current.
• Organize and manage digital inventory by updating vehicle status (available, sold, new arrivals, etc.).
• Maintain and update company websites with current vehicle information and promotions.
• Help improve our online presence and increase customer engagement through digital marketing.
• Monitor posts and ensure the company’s image remains professional and consistent.
• Work closely with the sales team to highlight specific vehicles, promotions, and marketing opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Experience creating social media content and managing digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of photography, video recording, and video editing.
• Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Ability to update websites and manage online listings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new content ideas.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be able to work in-house.
Schedule:
• Part-time position: approximately 15 hours to 20 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule based on company needs.
Compensation:
• $15–$20 per hour depending on experience.
• Additional commission opportunities based on performance and results.
