Role Overview:
Seeking a Social Media Manager to lead organic social strategy, oversee day-to-day channel management, and develop engaging social content. The role partners with cross-functional teams to create social-first campaigns, optimize performance, and implement scalable processes using analytics and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day organic social media channels.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business priorities.
- Identify relevant trends and create social-first partnership and brand concepts.
- Report on organic social performance using platform-native and third-party analytics tools.
- Manage social publishing tools and vendor relationships.
- Build AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with analytics, marketing, product, and creative teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 5 years of social media management experience.
- Experience with Sprinklr, Canva, CapCut, and native platform tools.
- Strong analytical skills with social performance reporting experience.
- Content production experience.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Creative production or video experience.
- Experience automating social processes with AI.
- Consumer technology, marketplace, or app-first business experience.
- Paid media experience.
Additional Details:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
