Location: Cerritos, CA (Onsite) | Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM with Saturday's as needed
The CAR Group (Norm Reeves Dealerships) is seeking a Social Media & Brand Manager to lead social media strategy across four Southern California dealership locations. This role combines content strategy, brand management, analytics, community engagement, and creative leadership to help grow our digital presence while supporting dealership goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of social media. You'll be responsible for developing content strategies, overseeing content production, managing social channels, analyzing performance, coordinating events, and ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand vision.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple dealership locations.
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborate with our Content Producer & Community Coordinator on content creation, photography, videography, and editing.
- Review and approve all content prior to publication.
- Manage publishing schedules across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Monitor platform performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics and trends.
- Coordinate social media support for dealership events and community initiatives.
- Develop processes and best practices for content planning, approvals, brand consistency, and community engagement.
- Monitor online conversations and assist with escalation of customer concerns when necessary.
- Partner with dealership leadership to identify opportunities for storytelling, employee spotlights, customer experiences, and community involvement.
- Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, and content best practices.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.
- Experience creating and executing content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
- Experience managing multiple locations, brands, or accounts simultaneously.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable presenting results and recommendations to leadership teams.
