WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

As a Social Media Manager in Training, you'll gain hands-on experience in:

• Social media strategy and content creation
• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Social media advertising and audience growth
• Lead generation through digital platforms
• Customer engagement and online communication
• CRM and digital marketing technology
• Reputation management and online reviews
• Digital campaign performance and analytics

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You'll help develop and execute social media strategies designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and customer interaction.

You'll create and coordinate content, monitor social platforms, respond to online engagement, and help identify new opportunities to grow the company's digital presence.

You'll work closely with leadership to understand what drives results and how a successful organization operates.
