About the RoleWe are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, grow our online presence, and engage with our community across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing, strong storytelling skills, and experience creating content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create compelling campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Identify trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Work with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
Monitor competitor activity and recommend opportunities for growth.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 4 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Basic understanding of paid social advertising.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced remote environment.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.
Experience using AI-powered content creation tools.
