We are supporting our client on a search for a Social Media Manager who will own how the brand shows up across every social channel. This is a high-visibility seat for a sharp marketer who is fluent in short-form video, community, and brand voice.
You will work hybrid out of a creative LA office and report to the head of marketing. We are open to early-career social marketers, content creators making the jump in-house, and agency social managers ready for a brand-side role.
Responsibilities
- Own the social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Write, film, and edit short-form content
- Grow audience, engagement, and inbound interest
- Partner with brand, creative, and growth on campaigns
- Manage community, comments, and DMs
- Track performance against weekly and monthly KPIs
- Source, brief, and manage creator and influencer partnerships
Requirements
- 2 plus years of social media management for a brand, agency, or creator
- Strong portfolio across short-form video and editorial
- Comfort on camera and behind it
- Sharp brand instincts and great taste
- Hybrid presence in the LA office at least two days per week
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
