Senior Specialist, Global Performance Marketing

We are seeking a Senior Specialist with strong paid media and performance marketing experience to support global acquisition campaigns for a leading media and publishing company. This role combines hands-on campaign management, data analysis, reporting, and social media strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and optimize paid social and acquisition campaigns
• Develop social media strategies and media plans aligned with performance KPIs
• Analyze campaign, audience, and subscription funnel performance
• Create campaign reports and provide actionable optimization recommendations
• Support global campaigns across multiple markets
• Manage reporting across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, Bing, and other paid media platforms
• Use A/B testing and campaign insights to improve performance

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of paid social or performance marketing experience
• Hands-on experience managing paid media and digital acquisition campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, and other self-service advertising platforms
• Understanding of marketing KPIs, web analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
