Summary:

  • Work Mode: Contractor

Responsibilities:

  • Review and make daily approval and rejection decisions on user-submitted video content based on established content guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate grey-area content that requires additional review or policy clarification.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to revise and expand content guidelines as new content scenarios emerge.
  • Source and identify potential content creators across social platforms to expand the contributor pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions to support audit trails and trend analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline portions of the moderation workflow using AI-assisted tooling.
  • Provide regular reporting on content volume, approval rates, rejection reasons, and flagged patterns.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience managing organic social media for a brand, including content publishing, copywriting, and community engagement.
  • Working knowledge of platform norms, content formats, and best practices across major social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Experience in a role requiring high-volume daily decision-making with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong judgment and comfort making consistent decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a daily workload independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience writing or maintaining process documentation, guidelines, or playbooks is a plus.
  • Curiosity about or experience with AI tools is a plus.
