Peach Painting is a Tampa painting company with plenty of personality behind the work. Our painters, salespeople, project managers, and leadership team know how to get the job done — but we also know how to have a good time doing it.

Our social media doesn't fully show that yet. That's what we want to change.

About the Role

We're hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to turn Peach Painting's real culture, people, projects, humor, and everyday moments into social content people actually want to follow.

This isn't a role for someone who wants every post to feel overly corporate. We want someone who understands brand voice, knows what makes content engaging, and can bring structure to a lot of personality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and manage Peach Painting's social media content calendar
• Turn videos, photos, jobsite moments, team personalities, and creative ideas into engaging posts
• Write captions and social copy that actually sound like Peach Painting
• Publish and manage content across Peach Painting's social channels
• Identify opportunities for timely, entertaining, and brand-relevant content
• Work with the team to bring creative concepts and spontaneous moments to life
• As our Social Media Manager, help develop a recognizable online voice and content style for Peach Painting

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing social media content for a business, brand, or organization
• Strong understanding of short-form content and what earns attention on social platforms
• Ability to write captions and content in a natural, engaging brand voice
• Creative judgment — you know the difference between genuinely entertaining content and posting something just for attention
• Comfortable working with different personalities and turning everyday moments into content opportunities

Compensation & Perks

• Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 per year
• Opportunity for additional bonuses
