Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

      Build and execute social strategies supporting recruitment and employer branding

      Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other channels

      Create, schedule, and publish content promoting jobs, culture, and success stories

      Grow engagement, followers, and qualified candidate traffic

      Monitor channels and respond to comments/DMs professionally

      Partner with recruiters and leadership on hiring campaigns

      Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, growth) and report regularly

      Spot new trends and marketing opportunities

      Support paid social and lead-gen campaigns

      Keep content aligned with brand standards

Preferred

      Employer branding/recruitment advertising experience

      Paid social/PPC and lead-gen familiarity

      Graphic design or video editing skills

Qualifications

      Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field

      0–1 year in social/digital/recruitment marketing

      Track record growing audiences and engagement

      Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X

      Experience with scheduling/analytics tools

      Excellent writing and editing skills

      Strong project and time management

      Data-driven and collaborative
