We are seeking a passionate social media marketing expert with a proven track record of managing and growing LinkedIn pages. While your primary focus will be on LinkedIn, you will also maintain our presence on Facebook, Instagram, and newsletters. As part of our team, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, fostering engagement, and aligning our social media efforts with Re-Fresh Global's mission. Working closely with leadership and other departments, you will ensure our social media presence is consistent, engaging, and reflective of our sustainability goals.

Your primary mission is to create and schedule LinkedIn content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and embodies Re-Fresh's values. You will also monitor the performance of campaigns, make data-driven optimizations, and ensure continuous growth on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn, to increase engagement, follower count, and lead generation.

2. Design engaging posts using Canva and other tools, ensuring consistency with Re-Fresh Global's brand narrative.

3. Collaborate with the leadership team to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies and sustainability initiatives.

4. Actively engage with the LinkedIn community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

5. Maintain and update Facebook and Instagram as part of the overall social media strategy.

6. Help with Monthly newsletter

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of proven experience managing LinkedIn pages, preferably for companies in sustainability, fashion, or textiles.

2. A portfolio showcasing the creation and management of at least 3 successful LinkedIn business pages.

3. Proficiency in Canva and basic design skills to create visually compelling social media content.

4. A passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of Re-Fresh Global's mission.

5. High motivation to learn about sustainability in the textile industry, with a commitment to a 1-month learning period involving reading and research.

6. Available to work 1-2 hours per day remotely.

7. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Participate in weekly team meeting for 1 hr online

Compensation:

€500 per month for part-time work (1-2 hours per day).

Need to provide a legal invoice.

Option for more hours and larger engagements in the future.
