Social Media Marketing Intern

Role Overview Were looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who understands internet culture and has hands-on experience managing social media accounts. This role will support day-to-day content execution, community engagement, and campaign coordination across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and scheduling content across Ciders social media platforms
• Create, edit, and publish engaging posts aligned with brand voice and trends
• Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
• Support social media campaigns, launches, and influencer collaborations
• Track performance metrics and help generate reports with actionable insights
• Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant Qualifications
• Previous experience managing social media accounts (personal, brand, or professional required)
• Strong understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels
• Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards)
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense of tone and voice
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with a good eye for content and storytelling

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
