As a Senior Account Executive on our PR, Social & Content team, you'll help shape integrated campaigns, lead social strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients and serve as a trusted partner to both clients and teammates. You'll bring five to seven years of experience, a passion for storytelling, a high bar for excellence and the curiosity to keep learning in an industry that never stands still.
Duties/Responsibilities - Develop and execute social media content strategies to engage clients’ targets across various social platforms and integrate into full marketing programs
- Create, plan and produce content for these platforms, appearing in videos, guiding talent
- Collaborate and ideate as part of creative teams, pushing creative boundaries and elevating the bar for excellence
- Manage day-to-day operations of clients’ social platforms, including community management
- Develop and manage influencer campaigns from strategy to outreach to execution and measurement
- Measure and refine performance, analyze data, uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing plans
- Build and manage day-to-day relationships with key clients as their department expert within our agency client team
- Be a subject matter expert in social media for the agency and clients, staying current on social media platforms, tools, best practices and how brands use them so the agency can make informed recommendations to clients
- Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations, Social Media and Content department and with other agency teams
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline research, trend analysis, content planning and reporting, creating more time to focus on strategic thinking, creative collaboration and delivering meaningful results for clients
- Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate content planning, reporting narratives, audience insights and client communications, while ensuring final recommendations reflect strategic thinking, sound judgment and each client's unique goals and voice
Job Qualifications
- The successful candidate should possess five to seven years of relevant experience, preferably agency experience
- Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/teams/deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment where excellence is demanded, ability to thrive under pressure
- Must be a tenacious problem-solver, driven to strategize approach if necessary to deliver results
- The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity and a We Before Me philosophy
- Ability to articulate and understand the emotional context and motivations of varying target markets to create true brand devotion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills
