The Social Media Specialist is responsible for leading and executing the company''s enterprise organic social media strategy across corporate channels. As a key member of the External (Corporate) Communications team, this role develops and amplifies the organization''s narrative through engaging, audience-centric social content while ensuring alignment with brand, communications and business priorities.
The Social Media Specialist oversees owned social media channels, drives employee advocacy programs, manages community engagement, monitors brand reputation and provides strategic guidance on best practices and governance for social media. This role works cross-functionally with External Communications, Brand, Marketing, Human Resources, Regional Teams, Business Units, Creative Services and Executive Leadership to maximize the impact of social media across the enterprise.
Success in this role is measured through audience engagement, share of voice, brand visibility, and the effective amplification of company messaging and strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
