Their work should engage target audiences through informative content that supports business objectives and reflects the company's voice, tone, values and culture. Responsibilities Effectively interpret creative direction to develop meaningful, informative, brand-centered social media content that accurately reflects our business and speaks clearly to our target audiences.Monitor and develop appropriate public responses to social media comments/messages.Upload and schedule social media content for publishing.Support social content calendar execution and content production workflows to ensure projects are completed on schedule.Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to identify content opportunities and topics and maximize engagement.Assist in monitoring online reviews, ratings, and external feedback channels and contribute to content and response strategies that support brand reputation and audience engagement.Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social campaigns, public engagement, demographics, trends and timing, and competitor comparisons.Other duties and projects, as assigned.
