We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Specialist to help expand our digital presence and elevate brand awareness across multiple social platforms. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Create, edit, and publish original content including videos, graphics, photography, reels, stories, and written posts.
  • Grow audience engagement and online communities through creative campaigns and consistent interaction.
  • Write compelling copy tailored to each platform while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and emerging technologies to identify new content opportunities.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and engagement metrics to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and brand-building efforts.
  • Maintain content calendars and coordinate timely delivery of social media assets.
  • Capture content at company events, community activities, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and content best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design tools.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and use data to improve content performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to contribute new ideas in a team-oriented environment.
