We are looking for a Social Service Coordinator who can help support the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. This role is a key part of our care team-helping create a welcoming, person-centered environment, completing psychosocial assessments, coordinating needed services, and supporting residents in reaching their highest level of well-being.
