Social Services Director

Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Social Services Director to join our leadership team.This role is responsible for leading the facility's social services department, advocating for residents and their families, overseeing admissions coordination and discharge planning, and supervising the Social Services Assistant.
