Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Social Services Director to join our team.
In this leadership role, you will oversee social services, admissions coordination, and discharge planning while serving as an advocate for residents and their families. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to helping residents achieve the highest quality of life possible.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) or Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
• Active Social Work license required (LCSW, LICSW, or LSW)
• Knowledge of the Medicaid process required
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
• BSW: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
• MSW: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
