Position: Social Studies Teacher 6-8 Grade Level - Multiple Positions Posting Dates: March 18, 2025 - Until Filled Reports To: Harbor Lights Middle & Macatawa Bay Middle School Principals Beginning: August 2025 School-Year/Full-Time

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate required.
• Must be highly qualified to teach Social Studies (RX) required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach courses using best practices and can differentiate instruction to meet needs of a variety of learners.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate and also use data to drive instruction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
