Salary Range: $60,000-$62,500

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university
  • Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements
  • Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned
  • At least one year student teaching or approved internship
  • Master's degree in Government and Economics(History/Social studies). Must be able to teach Dual credit/studies through EPCC.

Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • Knowledge of core academic subject assigned
  • Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
  • Ability to instruct student and manage their behavior
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
